Using of YouTube-Plugins (Videos)
Our website features integrated YouTube videos, which when the website is called up will place cookies on the users’ computers. Newsletter
If you subscribe to our company’s newsletter, the data entered in the relevant registration form will be transmitted to the controller responsible for processing. Use of rapidmail
Description and purpose
We use rapidmail to send newsletters. The provider is Positive Group Deutschland GmbH, Ingeborg-Krummer-Schroth-Straße 18a, 79106 Freiburg im Breisgau, Germany. rapidmail is used, among other things, to organise and analyse the distribution of newsletters. The data you enter for the purpose of subscribing to the newsletter is stored on rapidmail’s servers in Germany. If you do not wish your newsletter usage to be analysed by rapidmail, you must unsubscribe from the newsletter. A corresponding unsubscribe link is provided in every newsletter.
For analytical purposes, emails sent using rapidmail contain a tracking pixel that connects to rapidmail’s servers when the email is opened. This makes it possible to determine whether a newsletter has been opened. rapidmail also enables us to determine whether and which links in the newsletter have been clicked. All links contained in the email are tracking links that can be used to count your clicks.

Storage period
The data stored by us on the basis of your consent for the purpose of receiving the newsletter will be retained until you unsubscribe from the newsletter. After you unsubscribe, the data will be deleted both from our servers and from rapidmail’s servers. Data stored by us for other purposes, such as email addresses used for a members’ area, remains unaffected.
Withdrawal of consent

Our website uses the chat application of DialogShift GmbH, Rheinsberger Str. 76/77, 10115 Berlin. This application processes and stores data for the purpose of web analysis, to operate the chat application and to answer queries.
For the operation of the chat function, the chat texts are stored and a cookie with a unique ID is set - this is used to recognise you as a customer. A cookie is a small text file that is stored locally in the cache on your device. Using this cookie, our application recognises the device and can retrieve past chat logs.
